These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kawaiii Kart website and any order placed through our Instagram direct-message (DM) channel. By using the site or DMing us to order, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Kawaiii Kart is
Kawaiii Kart is a Dhaka-based, non-transactional curated beauty catalog. We display products and prices for transparency, but every purchase is finalized through a direct conversation on Instagram (@kawaiiikart) or Facebook Messenger (@kawaiiikart). No checkout or card payment is processed on this website.
2. Orders and payment
All orders are confirmed one-on-one via Instagram DM. Once we agree on piece, price, and delivery, you pay via bKash — never on this site. We will never ask for your card details on this site or via DM.
3. Pricing and availability
Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with the ৳ symbol. We hand-check stock, but a piece may occasionally be unavailable when your DM is confirmed. If a piece is unavailable when you DM us, we will tell you before you pay and offer a waitlist or refund without delay.
4. Shipping
All pieces are imported on demand from China. After payment confirmation, expect about a month for arrival. We send a tracking screenshot on request.
5. Returns and refunds
Because every order is confirmed by DM, please raise any issue within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. See our Returns page for full detail.
6. Limitation of liability
Kawaiii Kart is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid for the affected order.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
