Kawaiii Kart respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. We collect the minimum we need to fulfil your order.
Information we collect
When you submit the order form, we collect: your name, phone number, delivery address, product choice, and (optionally) a payment screenshot. We do not collect card numbers — payments happen on bKash or Nagad directly.
Why we collect it
We use your name, phone, and address to confirm and dispatch your order. We use your payment screenshot as proof of payment if a dispute arises. We do not use your data for advertising.
Where it is stored
Order data is stored in a private Google Sheet that only the Kawaiii Kart operator can access. The site does not set tracking cookies and does not embed third-party analytics.
Sharing
We share your name, phone, and address with the courier (Pathao / Steadfast / SA Paribahan) so they can deliver your parcel. We never sell your data.
Retention
We keep order records for 12 months for accounting and dispute resolution, then delete the row. You may request earlier deletion by DMing @kawaiiikart on Instagram or Facebook Messenger.
Your rights under Bangladesh law
Under the Digital Security Act, 2018 and the draft Data Protection Act, you have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, and to ask us to correct or delete it. DM @kawaiiikart on Instagram or Facebook Messenger to exercise these rights.
Children
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If a parent or guardian believes a minor has submitted an order, contact us and we will delete the row.
