Returns & Refund Policy

Every Kawaiii Kart order is a personal DM conversation — so we treat returns the same way. If something is wrong with your parcel, talk to us within 48 hours and we will sort it out fairly.
What can be returned
Sealed and unopened items in their original Kawaiii Kart packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or wrong item
If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or with the wrong piece, send us a photo within 48 hours of receipt. We will replace the piece at no extra cost, or refund the full amount including shipping.
What cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics (lipstick, lip mud, lip oil, blush, eye palette) cannot be returned once the seal/tamper-evident seal is broken. If the seal is intact, you may return the piece.
Pre-orders and import-on-demand
Order deposits are non-refundable once the shipment is in transit from the supplier. If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in full.
How to start a return
DM @kawaiiikart on Instagram or Facebook Messenger with your order name and a short note. We will confirm next steps inside one working day. Do not ship anything back without our written confirmation.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original bKash number used for the order. Please allow 3–5 working days for the reversal to clear on your account.
